I am running the Paris Marathon on the 3rd April 2022. 

Migrateful, a charity I founded in 2017, helps migrants, refugees and asylum seekers on their journey to employment and independence by supporting them to lead cookery classes with the public. 

Many of the Migrateful chefs are unable to legally work whilst waiting to get their immigration status from the Home Office, nor are they entitled to receive benefits, leaving them in a very difficult financial position, unable to provide for themselves. 

So I am running the Paris marathon to fundraise for Migrateful’s solidarity fund. This fund offers our asylum seeker chefs a weekly grant which will pay for some of their basic needs such as transport and food.

If you can spare a quid or two to sponsor me to run 42km and help keep our chefs out of destitution, that would be fantastic.
