A group of us will be doing the Cold Water Dip Challenge for Refuge this International Women's Day. On any given day, Refuge supports thousands of women and their children.

A group of us will be going in the sea on 8th March at 11am.

All are welcome to come and cheer us on, with coffee and warm clothes :)

There’s a wonderful group of 10+ people doing the dip.
