This October I'll be participating in a challenge for Alder Hey Children's Hospital. Over the course of the month I'll run/walk/cycle or swim 120km to reflect the 1200 children that are supported by them, per day!

It's hard to put into words what this hospital means to our family but to put it simply our son Nate wouldn't be here without them.

Nothing will ever be enough, but if a small fundraising contribution goes someway in supporting the hospital, it's services and the families in need then 120km is the least I can do.
