Story

Jesse is going to take on Larsen’s super slideathon challenge ... adapted to the current climate.

Lots of charities are taking part in the 2.6 challenge during coronavirus to try and raise vital funds that they are losing out on due to lockdown. We feel the the slideathon last year was the original 2.6 fundraiser, using the marathon numbers 26 to set Larsen his sliding challenge.

So, at the weekend, Jesse will take to our garden slide 26 times! This sounds easy but he will easily be distracted by the third go so the pressure will be on Lyndon and I to keep him going ... !

CLIC Sargent are a charity very close to our hearts. Without going into too much detail, I am not sure what I would have done with myself over the past 12 months, particularly during our time in hospital, without our CLIC Sargent social worker.

So... we are just asking friends and family to continue with the 2.6 theme and sponsor Jesse the cost of a costa coffee (that you can no longer spend your money on!!) and sponsor him £2.60 for his challenge.

Thank you 🙏
