On Saturday the 12th of September at 2am my Mum and I were woken up by my Dad who was having trouble breathing and experiencing chest pains. After calling an ambulance and being told he was suffering from a Heart Attack he was rushed to Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital to receive an emergency procedure to have a stent fitted and awaiting further heart surgery.

He is now home after having a double bypass at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth and is recovering well.
