Story

I am taking part in the I love the 90's virtual run to mark the 30th anniversary of the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.

My dad passed unexpectedly of lung cancer the day he was diagnosed at the age of 48. He only suffered symptoms 6 weeks prior. We chose to donate his funeral contributions to the Roy Castle foundation and the charity has been part of our lives since.

I have used this time during covid 19 to start the couch to 5k and thought what better way to motivate myself to finish it!

Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page. Any donations are gratefully received 😊
