Most of you are probably very bored of hearing that I'm aiming to complete Ironman Taupo on the 2nd March (3.8km swim, 180km cycle, 42km run.) This comes just a few months after foot surgery and a year of being unable to run, so despite being my second Ironman (the first was two years ago) it is definitely still VERY big, VERY scary and VERY time consuming to train for! 

I've decided I would like to do the event in memory of Bill and to raise as much money as possible for a charity that I know was close to his heart. Margaret Green animal rescue is a wonderful little charity where your money really does make a difference. Anything you can donate would be much appreciated.
