Triathlon for St Anns Hospice in memory of Michelle Gannon

Cheshire Triathlon 2019 · 12 May 2019 ·
On 12th May I will be doing a triathlon to raise money for St Ann’s Hospice in Little Hutton who looked after our friend Michelle Gannon in her final days before she lost her short but incredibly brave battle with cancer at the start of last year. Michelle fell ill in December 2017 and sadly passed away in February 2018 aged just 35. Michelle was the Auntie of one our amazing little dancers Evie Roberts (pictured) and spent so much of her time driving up and down the country taking Evie to classes and competitions. She was so supportive of my dancing and always had my back, even when she became so terribly ill.
St Ann’s gave Michelle and her family so much support in those final days. Michelle’s sister Bernie said that they welcomed Michelle on a red carpet and gave the family such amazing support and positivity at such a devastating time. The staff were amazing and the care, attention and dignity they gave Michelle on her final journey is something the family will never forget. They have already raised over £25,000 for St Ann’s Hospice and I also want to do my part in memory of Michelle to say thank you to her for inspiring me to chase my dreams.
Thank you in advance for your support xx
