Story
Wyfold Riding for the Disabled is a charity that supports young children in their developmental journey using the art of horse riding. My mum has been lucky enough to volunteer with the RDA for 20 years where she has become a lead instructor and guide for both the children and the horses.
Like most charities, the Wyford RDA rely on donations from the public to continue their excellent work. The break caused by covid has effected these donations as the children were not able to visit the centre. Although the horses will always be well looked after, further donations are required to support the running of the centre. This is why I have chosen to represent the RDA in my biggest challenge yet.
I have decided (with the encouragement and coaching of my partner Tim) to compete in the London to Brighton Cycle ride. The ride is 55 miles long starting in Clapham Common and finishing at the Brighton seafront. Having only started cycling just under a year ago, this challenge has pushed me to train hard! Tim will be there to push me (not physically) but I would love your support that will make getting to the finish line more worthwhile.
