Story
I am no stranger to speaking out about my own mental health journey. I now want to break down my personal anxiety barrier of leaving the house and want to push myself to do something worthwhile during these awful times! I want to aim to walk 10,000 steps a day and overall walk 300,000 steps in June. This will be a challenge for me but I'm looking forward to getting back outside again!
