Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with a blood cancer or blood disorder. They do this by matching incredible individuals willing to donate their stem cells, to people who desperately need a lifesaving transplant. 

They found two matches for my uncle Ian, one from America & one from Germany which helped Ian fight his illness for 9 years. So here's my attempt to thank them so that others in the same position as Ian can benefit in the same way...

For the next 100 days I will be performing 100 reps of a range of exercises whether that be burpees, body weight backsquats, handstand press ups, pull ups etc. I will try to keep the movements as varied as possible & make sure they are physically challenging.
