Story
I am doing the Ride 100 and the London Marathon to raise money for the Make-A-Wish UK foundation which creates life-changing wishes that revive the childhood that critical illness takes away, bringing light and joy at the darkest of times for a child and their loved ones.
My absolute trooper of a nephew Carter, had a wish made to him by the Make-a-wish foundation in NZ when he had not only gone through a massive liver transplant as a baby but then also got cancer as a child. Little rays of sunshine that Make-A-Wish provide are truly immense and need to be supported.
Right now, there are 60,000 children in the UK living with a critical condition, and Make-A-Wish don't have the resources to be that light for everyone. Your generous support will help them step closer to achieving their vision: to grant a wish to every eligible child. Together, we have the power to light up the darkness.
