During the lockdown, 89th Sunderland Scout Group have really excelled themselves and done a fantastic job continuing scouting virtually during a very challenging time. Accepting Jessica although she isn't officially a cub, and keeping them both excited with activities to look forward to like indoor camping, quizzes, treasure hunts, special badges, cookouts and lots more. Jessica and Christian were inspired to do something in return and have decided to try to raise a little extra funds for them by doing the Junior Great Run 7k challenge which is to run 1k everyday for 7 days. They will be starting 27th July and would be very grateful for any sponsors. Thank you xx
