Story
Because I have very clearly lost my mind (quarter-life crisis perhaps?!) on the 13th July I will be setting off on the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge... starting in Chester and ending in the Brecon Beacons on the 14th July.
I will be doing this in attempt to fundraise as much as humanly possible for a charity that means a great deal to me and my family - Child Bereavement UK.
On August 13th 2004, we sadly lost my wonderful, hilariously cheeky and loving brother Joseph. This walk will be in his memory and in support of a charity that help families in situations like ours after the loss of a child. Due to being surrounded by a very supportive and loving family, we were lucky to receive masses of support and help through this incredibly hard time - unfortunately a lot of people out there aren't as lucky and it is charities such as this that really do make a difference to people's lives.
I would like to offer a big thank you to my lovely company - Cartwright Pickard - who are giving me two days out of the office to complete this as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility. This initiative is allowing me to give back in some way to a cause I hold dear to my heart.
Any contributions you may be able to offer - no matter how small - will be hugely appreciated. I will reimburse you with hilariously red and sweaty face-shots of me struggling my way over three entire mountains!! And they won't disappoint!
Thanks again to each and every one of you very special people!
