This Autumn, I will be taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon and raising funds for a vital cause. Hitting my fundraising target of £600 would support two visitors to The Listening Place for as long as it takes to reduce their suicidal feelings. By comparison, the current cost of an in-patient bed for the NHS is approximately £550 per night.
