We care so much about everyone we work with at Mencap and we are so passionate about what we do so thought we would raise money for our amazing service users.

Sutton Mencap is a local charity which works to improve the lives of people with a learning disability and their carers in the London Borough of Sutton.

We are going to take on the muddy assault course 'Nuts 2017' - 7k & over 100 tough obstacles. I'm not the fittest person ever but it'll be fun and a great way to get everyone together to raise money for such a good cause.
