We support young peoples mental health to ensure they are valued and supported

Story

"Real strength has to do with helping others."

Traditionally, it takes 21 days to form a habit. So, at the end of November start of December, a team of students doing Marketing in TU Dublin will undertake in a challenge of 21 days of fitness activities, from Skipping to Swimming and everything in between to raise awareness and much needed funds for Jigsaw.

The Covid-19 pandemic has put heavy strain our mental health making it harder to get much needed help and support. It has also put charities like Jigsaw under heavy stress for much needed public support.

Our goal is to inspire others to get the ball rolling to destigmatize mental health in our everyday lives. We want to encourage that mental health is just as important as physical health.

We are inspired by the work that Jigsaw do by influencing change and delivering support services. Please help us help them by giving what you can or sharing our page to others to spread the word to friends and family or you can send us a photo/clip to our Instagram or Facebook pages with the hashtag #jigsaw21days

Thank you for your generosity in advance!
