Steve and I are cycling again in support of Alzheimer's Research UK. The event takes place on 3rd June 2023 starting at Crosby Lakeside through to Preston and back, a total of 64 miles. Most people know someone who has been affected by this disease. Since last years event my sister in law developed Alzheimers and so this has even more personal significance.
