I am running the Asda foundation York 10k to raise funds for The Well in Barnsley.

This organisation provides care and support for people living with cancer, allowing them to access  complimentary therapies and beauty treatments, and techniques and advice on how to manage stress and anxiety after diagnosis.

It holds a special interest for me as a friend and colleague uses its services and it has helped her during her treatment, she says the atmosphere there is very calming and after a recent visit I can totally understand what she means.

Please help me raise funds for this great place by giving as much as you can .
