After reflecting on my own mental health during the difficulties of the Covid-19 pandemic, I have decided to support the charity MIND.
I hope to raise awareness of how important it is to look after our mental health and how running can help improve our mental health and wellbeing.
I will be challenging myself physically this November by running 25 long miles and would really appreciate your support. If you are able to make a donation to this amazing charity you will be helping them to advise and support people experiencing mental health problems.
Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling, so the work they do really is vital.
