The British Heart Foundation celebrates its 60th anniversary in July. 60 years of funding cardiovascular research, supporting community projects and providing health education.
Covid-19 has hit charities hard. To do our bit, 60 of us are doing a BHF fund-raiser in July. I will be cycling 600 miles over the month.
Like many, I have lost close family members to heart disease and stroke. Please donate. Every little helps and don't forget to tick gift aid.
