On Saturday 30^th April I’m running my first ever marathon along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path! More details here.

If you’d like to encourage me to reach the finishing line, I’m raising money for the Rural Refugee Network; this is a small Hampshire charity whose mission is to help refugees settle successfully into their new communities. Originally founded in the wake of the Syrian  conflict, its remit has expanded to work with Afghan refugees and other asylum-seeking families as well as those fleeing the war in Ukraine.
