Hello, Hello, Hello,

As some of you know i'm going to be running the London Marathon this year so I'd love you all to sponsor me to support the charity i'm running for which is St Josephs Centre in Hendon, where my dad works.

The training has already begun and despite the recent cold snap it's all going rather well. I'm hoping to finish in just over 4 hours but watch this space for updates to that time as it gets closer.

The money raised will predominantly be used to support the 'Healthy People' project which is both for those with profound and multiple learning difficulties and those with moderate learning difficulties. At the core of the project lies a Healthy Living course which teaches the students the skills needed to take care of themselves and their surroundings, something that many of us take for granted.
