Story

Hi everyone, it's got to that time again when I start doing events for charity. With exactly one month to go, I will be embarking on the London-Essex 100. I will be doing this event to raise money for ThriveFit.

A bit about the charity; ThriveFit are based in the Guildford area and work with individuals who have been diagnosed with/ recovering from cancer as well as adults with mental illnesses and teenagers that are suffering financially and have limited social provisions, they help these people by providing free fitness classes and nutrition advice. This is a very worthy cause as cancer and mental health take a massive effect on peoples' lives and also those around them and don't forget that this won't only help the individuals who are diagnosed but also their families and friends because they will see that they are having a good time and to steal a phrase from the charity 'Active Bodies, Fitter Minds'.
