Story

Hello folks - Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be attempting the Liverpool Triathlon 2010 on June 27th to raise money for the Myotonic Dystrophy Support Group and I need as much help as I can get .
My eight year old Nephew Daniel suffers from Myotonic Dystrophy and I want this money to help raise awareness of MD so doctors can learn more and help him to lead a normal life.

It's easy to donate online with a credit or debit card - just go to my JustGiving page:

http://www.justgiving.com/Jim-Davies

The site is pretty basic at the moment but I will be updating it soon and will send out regular mails to keep anyone who donates up to date. I just need to get the ball rolling as soon as possible.

JustGiving sends your donation straight to the Myotonic Dystrophy Support Group and automatically reclaims Gift Aid if you're a UK taxpayer so please help me in supporting them so they can try and raise awareness about this little known disability . I also have sponsor forms so if you want to help me please drop me a mail with your address and I will send one out to you.

I know there are many worthy causes out there but this one is personal to me so please dig deep. The more donations I get the more motivated I will get and believe me with the amount of training on the horizon I need all the support I can gather.
