Hey everyone ❤️

As some of you know, in late July 2025 I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer. I didn’t really have any symptoms and my prognosis was a glycine level 9 (aggressive) I have had the prostate removed along with 6 lymph nodes and it has spread to one of the nodes. The positive news is we are hopeful that the op as well as the node removal may be enough for me to have a clear result on December 23rd 🙏 POSITIVE MINDSET 💙

So I have decided to try and raise as much awareness and movie for this fantastic charity as possible! Straying in December with the 12 Dips and then in January with the 26.2 mile challenge I aim to make a difference and be noisy!!!
