We have never run a race before and decided to get fit and set a goal. Also, if we can raise a little cash to help, then great. The Denby Dale Centre is a brilliant charity. They were set up by an inspirational lady and continue to grow because of dedicated and compassionate people who are also amazing.

The work they do helps people from feeling isolated in their older age. They keep older people active and connected, enriching their lives. They also teach older people in how to use technology which opens new horizons. As the world depends more on technology to share information and connect the world, so being part of this for older people helps prevent isolation, allows people to know what's going on around them as well as explore new interests.

The Denby Dale Centre are a small charity and their focus is the Denby Dale area. They strive hard to get grants and income. I think they are brilliant, I hope you will too and just give a little to support them.
