Hey guys.

 

Well, signing up for the Great North Run was certainly the easy part. However, the hours of training along with numerous knocks, sprains, pain and injury hasn't been quite as easy. But knowing that your donations are going towards the help and care to some of the most vulnerable in society spurs me on. You see I know first hand the effect that Dementia has on people and family members, and I know that every little penny can be used to help those who need it. So I'm glad this years chosen charity is The Alzheimer's Society and I hope that you will give generously to its cause.
