**OUR UNIQUE ORGAN DONATION SIGN UP:**

265 patients currently wait alongside me for a heart transplant - and 9,734 are in wait for other organs. Signing up with us could mean that you can save or transform up to 9 lives.

Please text 'JIMO50 £1/£2/£3/£5/£10' to 70070 to donate to Cardiomyopthy UK. The charity support families and patients with heart muscle problems similar to myself.

LITTLE COMETS are attempting a unique take on the Great North Run 2016 by playing their music throughout the half marathon this September. I have become friends with the band since 2013 when my heart condition worsened. We hope that what we are trying to achieve will inspire people to make their respective organ donation decision and discuss this with their families. Significantly, the lads' attempt will conclude National Organ Donation Awareness Week (5-11th September 2016)..

Please share this campaign with friends and family, if you can. Find us on Twitter @save9lives.

We will keep you updated with exciting developments..

Thank you!
