Since starting to work at the Christie Clinic in August I am determined to play my part in contributing to the fantastic work that the Christie Charity does. The Christie Hospital and Christie Clinic treat patients from all over the UK and from abroad, so its not just a local charity. So please dig deep and donate now. Heres just a few things that the Charity will be able to do with your money

£15 would provide a month’s supply of pipettes for our research team

£25 would pay for a PlayStation 3 game for our patients on the Young Oncology Unit

£50 would fund acupuncture needles for our complimentary therapies service

£75 would allow patients to upgrade to a real hair wig, personally styled for patients experiencing hair loss

£133 would fund a music therapy session for a young patient

£200 would pay for a special support pillow used during radiotherapy treatment

£650 would pay for a massage chair to help patients and carers relax

£1,500 would pay for a Chemotherapy Pump

£1,800 would pay for Dinamaps to measure blood pressure, oxygen levels and heart rate during treatment.
