I'm raising money for the Yellow Heart Trust as I suffer from PTSD myself and know how difficult it can be to access support services (potentially years) to help deal with these traumatic incidents that can ruin lives without the correct support. Without this support, from personal experience, this can lead to suicide attempts, thoughts and feelings, lack of sleep, nightmares/flashbacks etc.
