I'm running my first marathon on April 28th and hoping to raise as much money as possible for Katherine House Hospice. Have a quick look at www.khhospice.org.uk/about-us to find out more about the charity, but it's a charity that most people from Stafford will have some knowledge or experience of. They do fantastic work, giving support and care to those suffering from life limiting conditions in the Mid-Staffordshire area. 

Earlier this year Gary Addison, the dad of one of my friends, passed away having suffered from cancer. In the weeks before he died Gary was in the care of Katherine House, and I know that he and his family greatly appreciated the care and support they were all given during that time.
