On the 8th September I will be taking part in the Great North Run, attempting to complete the 13.1 mile course in less than 1 hour 40 minutes, over 4 minutes quicker than I've ever ran it before. 

I'm very grateful, honoured & excited to run for Children with Cancer UK, and hope to raise as much as possible to help support their excellent work.
