Our chosen charity this year is Charis Cancer Care.  We have chosen this charity because Charis staff offer amazing support to their clients in a range of ways, including massage, reflexology and counselling but to name a few.  Their role is to listen and help. They provide a warm and nurturing environment, with support from experienced professionals and therapists.

CHARIS Integrated Cancer Care works in conjunction with clinical treatments for cancer and their comfortable treatment rooms are purpose-designed for the delivery of complementary therapies by trained practitioners free of charge.
