We are truly grateful and feel indebted to Sobell House for making it possible for Jose Luis to remain at home, according to his wishes, until the very end.

The Palliative Care Team has calmly guided and supported us clinically, emotionally and practically with outstanding compassion, skill and organisational efficiency throughout this tortuous journey.
