Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page where I am raising money for Cancer Research UK.

Over 167,000 people die of cancer in the UK alone which is staggering. Cancer Research UK aims to lower this number by providing funding to scientists, doctors and nurses to help beat cancer sooner. 

I have chosen to embark on a new adventure that will allow me to help contribute towards making a difference to the lives of anyone battling this terrible disease whilst also pushing myself further than ever before both physically and mentally. 

I have spent some time recently losing weight by adhering to a training/ nutrition plan which has been a challenge in itself however this time I will be looking to push this further by gaining muscle, strength and agility to help me have the best chance to survive in the ring. I'm excited to find out where this journey takes me and intrigued to see what will look back at me from the mirror in November.
