As some of you know, both of us have had our lives affected by Alzheimer's and Dementia.

John lost his Granny back in 1998, and Sally lost her Father 2 years ago now, both after moving into care homes as they weren't able to be cared for at home. More recently, John's Mum's partner has been placed in a care home for the same reasons.

Please help us to create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
