*UPDATE* I did it, I jumped, the others jumped and as a team Matilda Mae member I'm proud.
I am not a natural skydiver! I have pledged that at £500 I will release my photos... They show pure fear and screaming!
I will be throwing myself out of a plane on behalf of The Lullaby trust out of respect to Matilda Mae. Matilda was 9 months old, and died suddenly and for no reason.
Her mum, Jennie @ edspire.co.uk is a blogging, tweeting mummy. Just like me. The sudden loss of little Matilda shocked many blogging mummies, including me. It could have been anyone's son or daughter, It could have been my boys, this really shook me reading her first few tweets, I was hoping so badly that it was a mistake, that there might be a faint pulse.
Jennie's family did nothing different, nothing wrong, yet their darling girl just stopped breathing, her life just stopped.
That is so unfair and cruel and I know nothing I do will fix this and bring Matilda back to her family, but raising money could prevent future deaths, if this saves just one little life it's utterly worth being terrified and jumping for!!
So now I intend to jump for the Lullaby trust. A charity that helps families like Jennies and research why cot death still happens.

I have a fear of heights, but my fear is nothing compared to the torture that families that experience SIDS feel. I have a proper phobias, recognised by doctors, which I am getting professional help for. Jumping from a plane is a HUGE challenge for me, and I WILL do this. I'm on a diet and excercise plan to get ready, so think of this as a sponsored slim, phobia therapy AND a skydive all in one. That's got to be worth a donation?
So please dig deep and donate now.
