Story
This May 18th-22nd, a brave team from JMW Solicitors are looking to attempt to break five different Guinness World Records in five days, on behalf of the Child Brain Injury Trust; the charity that supports young people and families after an acquired brain injury, helping them to come to terms with what has happened and work towards the future. The records we are attempting to break are:
Quickest time to eat a muffin with no hands.
Most sticky notes stuck to face in one minute.
Most jam doughnuts eaten in three minutes.
Most ping pong balls bounced into pint glass in one minute.
Most smarties eaten in one minute, blindfolded, using chopsticks.
The team includes; Richard Powell, Laura Wilkinson, Gordon Cartwright, Raana Afsarpour, Mike Bloor, Danielle Gibson, Lucie Apampa, Purva Arora, Lisa Sutton, Heather Jackson, Alex Hudson, Jane Bedford McLaren, Ian Johnston, Sue O'Connor, Michelle Arathoon, Luke Holden and Anna Ozarowska-Roberts.
We're making these world record attempts during May 18th-22nd as part of Action for Brain Injury Week, in order to raise awareness of the effects of brain injury, as well as the importance of getting help if you've been in an accident and suffered a head injury.
We would love your support. You can visit the Child Brain Injury Trust's website here: http://childbraininjurytrust.org.uk/ to find out more about the fantastic work that they do.
