It may not come as a surprise to you to learn that Neil is doing the Great North Run again this year. What might surprise/amuse you slightly is that I will be joining him!..........

Now that you have picked yourself up from the floor please consider sponsoring us to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. Not only are we running in memory of our late great uncle Bobby we are also running for BHF. My current job in cardiac rehabilitation has really opened my eyes to heart disease and why constant support is needed.
