Dear friends, colleagues and loved ones,
I can promise you that my training regime has been no walk in the park! Not only having to find time outside of work to clock up mile after mile on treadmills or outside in the British winter, but I've been suffering from runners knee resulting in me walking like John Wayne (to the amusement of some) but also limiting the amount of training I've been able to do so far. Nevertheless, I've changed my targeted time to less than 3 hours 30 minutes.
I'm raising for a St Mungo's homeless charity - a fantastic organisation who I have worked with in the past and seen first-hand the important work they do, helping the dismissed and excluded in society to rebuild their lives.
It is a really challenging funding target, so please donate all you can.
