Natalie Rawnsley was a beautiful, bright and devoted young mum who died suddenly on 21^st August 2017. Natalie left behind many friends and a devastated family including her husband, my colleague, Stewart and their two young sons Aaron (aged 5) and Theo (aged 2).

In the first few dark days after Natalie died Stewart reached out to Winstons Wish for support and guidance on how to best help Aaron and Theo.

It is well known that I absolutely detest running but I retracted my ‘never again’ vow as a mark of respect to Natalie and to thank Winston’s Wish for the wonderful work they undertake helping bereaved children in very harrowing circumstances.
