The 7k challenge takes place every year to represent the 700,000 people who have been diagnosed with Autism.  Due to restrictions imposed on us all, we had to think outside the box this year.  Once sat in the canoe which was secured to a frame, off we went.... in a fashion!  A hosepipe soon made very real!!!
