London to Fishguard on local buses · 27 December 2018

OCD-UK is a leading national charity and an independent service-user led organisation working with and for children and adults affected by Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Story

In 2016-17 I suffered a terrible breakdown into severe depression and OCD, a misunderstood and serious - yet highly treatable - anxiety disorder. I received excellent help and support and am now in recovery. You can hear my full story here: https://theocdstories.com/podcast/story-jo-edge/.

Not everyone is as fortunate as I was in terms of receiving the best treatment and care, and OCD-UK do such important work to support sufferers in a plethora of ways. It's no exaggeration that they save lives. Please do consider supporting me - and them - as I carry out this very silly challenge (which is how I envision holidays being after Brexit anyway).

Joined by my friend and fellow OCD warrior Stephen, 11-13 July 2019 will be spent tracing Ogilby's 1675 route from London to St. Davids via local buses only, doubling back to Fishguard where I was brought up.
