After swearing never to do another sit-up after February's challenge, I am dusting off the sit-up muscles for another amazing cause that is very close to my heart. Communities For Horses work to improve equine welfare and relieve animal suffering by providing free-of-charge education and support to horse owners in deprived areas. I am proud to be one of the Trustees of this fantastic charity.
