I'm supporting my brother-in-law Mike Ponting who is raising funds in memory of his beloved brother Tim. I would like to help turn the tragedy of Tim's death into something positive by raising money for ME Research UK - Mike's nominated charity for his brother.

ME Research UK is an important charity funding high-quality biomedical investigation into the causes and treatment of myalgic encephalomyelitis/ chronic fatigue syndrome. No matter how small your donation, it will make a difference by helping to support the important work of ME-R-UK  

I am taking part in a 10K Mud-runner event on 30th June, which will now be run as a fundraiser in memory of Tim, and hopefully the first of many runs to raise funds for this charity.
