On 5th March 2023 Lucy and I will be running the Paris Half Marathon.  Well to be more precise Lucy will be running and I will be shuffling.  I can safely say that running is not exactly natural to me and this will definitely be a 'one time gig'!

Kissing it Better is however a wonderful enduring charity bringing generations together by designing affordable volunteer projects that give young people training and a framework to connect with older, vulnerable people in hospitals, care homes and the community.   

In these times when both young and old can struggle with feelings of isolation and a lack of connection to our communities, it is a win win;  volunteers build confidence, learn new skills, make new friends and improve both their own well-being and that of older people. 

I would be so grateful for your support, it will help me, my knees and my hips find the will to complete those final kilometres for a great cause!!
