The Sahara is the worlds hottest desert with temperatures exceeding 50 degrees and dropping to freezing at night. I will be trekking for 4 days covering approx 20km each day in these conditions to raise money for Helen and Douglas House hospice which improves the lives of terminally ill children and their families living in the Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. They are the worlds first  children hospice and provide one to one respite and end of life care. The care they provide make it possible for families to create happy memories which will last forever. They are a local charity which need to raise £3.6m each year to fun care and they cannot do it without your help.
