Marleys hair chop

Jo Vardon is raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust

Marley’s hair cut · 24 May 2021

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Anyone who knows Marley, knows how important his hair is. He has always had long hair, but he would like to raise money to have his hair cut for cancer. Marley is also donating his hair to the little Princess trust for children going through treatment who have lost their own hair to have wigs made.

He wants to raise money because his auntie Madge who we lost many years ago, had cancer as a child and lost all her hair, which has always struck a nerve with marley.  He wants to raise money towards young people going through the same  and give wigs to children that have lost their hair.

Marley other interest is karting so where best to have the big chop, at the speed festival in people park in June. He won’t be having it shaved but chopped enough to donate.
