I have been cycling for the last three years, after having two prolapse discs I decided there was still so much more I could do to help myself an others, I took to cycling like a duck t water dont get me wrong some days its hard I mean really hard, but I have a great group of cycling buddies an I love cake.

 Raising money for this wonderful charity is my way of giving something back I get a great sense of achievement and help others in the process, so guys and girls please dig deep an if you fancy cheering us on over that finish line it would be amazing, thankyou all for taking the time to read my story.
